Greenway Farm Wedding Venue

Situated just off the A39 between Bridgwater and Cannington, Greenway Farm is a traditional, rustic

smallholding set in eight acres of land, where gardens and paddocks combine to offer a tranquil,

attractive setting that instantly feels like home. We’d be delighted to host your wedding reception or

special party, and can promise you a day to remember, whatever your budget.

 

At just £500, our simplest deal allows you full use of the following facilities for the entire day plus two

days beforehand, so that you can get everything set up in good time:
  • A large, flat lawn to the front of the farmhouse that will comfortably accommodate a marquee for over 200 guests plus, if you need it, a kitchen /reception tent and covered walkway. Our excellent business relationship with Universal Marquees in Taunton guarantees the best and most reliable quote
  • A spacious, traditional stone barn adjacent to the marquee lawn for your reception drinks, bar, disco or other entertainment
  • Men’s and Ladies’ toilets (one of each), with plenty of space for you to hire more in, as required
  • Ample car parking
  • A host of attractive settings for formal and informal photographs
  • Use of the gardens and farmyard – kids will particularly enjoy looking at the piglets, ponies, hens and sheep, and there’s plenty of room for them to run about and let off steam!
  • The use of an en-suite bedroom for the exclusive use of the bride and groom (on the day of the function only).
  • A limited supply of outdoor, café-style furniture.

However, you may also be interested in the range of additional services we can provide, including:

  • A selection of tasty, home-cooked menus that range from a simple cold buffet to a multicourse, sit-down dinner, all made using fresh, local produce as far as possible
  • Staff and equipment hire – tables, chairs, glassware, crockery, cutlery

  • A fully-stocked and staffed bar service
  • Table decorations, balloons, bunting and fairy lights for the barn and/or marquee
